Thank you to all of you, friends, who today supported our special service of remembrance for the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

3 years of full-scale invasion…11 years of war. And yet Ukraine remains unbroken.

Thank you for joining us for a special service in commemoration and solidarity on 22nd February 2025 at St Mary’s Church, Beverley.

The Service was conducted by the Revd Becky Lumley, followed by beautiful singing, a piano recital, a photo exhibition (photos by Oxana Chorna Оксана Чорна , a professor of Economics in her former peaceful life and a photo journalist and a military medic now), tea & coffee, home baked cakes and a raffle.

All money raised will help buy radio electronic barrier equipment for Oxana Chorna’s medical evacuation vehicle that will offer protection against russian drones that regularly target evacuation vehicles.
