The Hull4Ukraine Donations Hub will be closed from Tuesday 18 August until around Monday 14 September for essential maintenance work.
During this period, we will be unable to accept donations, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Thank you for your continued support for Ukraine – we look forward to welcoming you back to the hub in September.

In the meantime, if you miss us, please join us for our Independence Day picnic on Saturday 22 August and/or a Ukrainian documentary screening on Monday 24 August.

We’re pleased to share that Hull4Ukraine has completed registration as a Community Interest Company (CIC).

What this means: a CIC is not a business – it’s a legal structure designed for organisations like ours, where all funds raised go directly towards our stated community purpose. For us, that’s supporting Ukraine and Ukrainians affected by the war. There is no profit, no shareholders, and no change to how we operate day to day.

We’re continuing the same work, with exactly the same intentions, as we have since we started in February 2022.

Thank you for standing with Ukraine and with us! Your support matters and it keeps us going!

Hull4Ukraine began as an initiative created by an incredible group of people and with the support of local councils, communities, businesses and voluntary organisations, has grown from strength to strength.

HUMANITARIAN AID REQUEST LIST – SPRING–SUMMER 2026

Dear Ukraine Supporter,

Your kindness continues to bring hope where it is needed most. We would be grateful for your help with the following items:

• Men’s dark coloured underwear, T shirts, vests and socks (new)
• Mosquito and tick repellents
• Portable power banks and small hand held flashlights
• Hygiene items for adults and children (razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, soap, shower gel, sanitary products, wet wipes) and adult incontinence pads
• In date medicines (anti diarrhoea, cold/flu remedies, first aid items, painkillers)
• Trauma kit supplies (bandages, slings, splints, gauze, burn dressings, tourniquets)
• Water purification tablets or personal filter straws (e.g., LifeStraw Peak series)
• Ration packs, dried soups, chocolate and energy bars
• Tea bags, coffee (refill bags) and hot drink sachets

If you can help with supplying any of these items, please bring them to our donations hub at 16 Whitefriargate (Monday to Friday 11am-3pm, Saturday 12noon – 4pm)

TRANSPORT TO UKRAINE

We currently rely on occasional transport and can only send the items listed above. But we can use money raised in the hub. Every pound raised helps us purchase life saving supplies for defenders and civilians in Ukraine.
