As the year comes to a close, we want to remind ourselves just how incredible we all are with our 2025 summary:

Various fundraisers, events, fairs and festivals raised more than £25,000!

 The Hub — our busy beehive that remains a place of strength, warmth and constant activity….raised around £28,000!

 Private donations and fundraisers by our friends and supporters brought in around £10,000!

 Humanitarian and medical support

In 2025, H4U sent dozens and dozens of boxes  by car to children, civilians, medics and the military.

We fulfilled requests worth OVER £55,000!…Including some BIG deliveries:

 An ambulance

 And several vehicles to Ukraine

We stayed LOUD for Ukraine

Holding rallies, meetings, community events —

we just didn’t shut up!

So…every hour of your volunteering , every donation , every like and share  — all of it is part of our shared mission. 

Everything we have achieved in 2025 became possible thanks to:

•  our fantastic, inspirational team of dedicated volunteers

•  the constant support of our wonderful community

•  your kindness, humour, resilience and unity

 Let’s step into 2026 with hope and faith in our hearts.

HUMANITARIAN AID REQUEST LIST – AUTUMN-WINTER 2025

Dear Ukraine Supporter,

The following is a list of items that we are currently collecting and in urgent need of and would kindly ask your help in supplying/donating same.

• Men’s dark coloured underwear, t-shirts vests & socks (new)

• Men’s dark coloured thermals, gloves and fleeces (new/good condition)

• Hand/feet warmers

• Portable electrical power banks and small hand-held flashlights

• Family personal hygiene adult/children (razor blades, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, soap, shower gel, sanitary products, wet wipes, etc), adult incontinence pads (all sizes)

• Medicine (anti diarrhoea tablets, cold/flu, first aid items, painkillers)

• Trauma kit supplies–bandages, slings, splints, gauze, burn dressings

• Water purification tablets/personal filter straws (LifeStraw Peak series)

• Ration packs, dried packet soups, chocolate & energy bars

• Treats such as tea bags, coffee (in refill bags), hot drink sachets.

If you can help with supplying any of these items, please bring them to our donations hub at 16 Whitefriargate (Monday to Friday 11am-3pm, Saturday 12noon – 4pm) or to any of the Hull City libraries (during their opening hours).
